2- Members of the management team visited the International Medicine Exhibition held in Munich city – Germany, where they met several companies specialized in medical equipment, and concluded a partnership with a manufacturer of German medical equipment, with exclusive agency for the Gulf and Middle East register. Moreover, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with another company to supply medical equipment to Kuwait Ministry of Health and the private medical sector in Kuwait.

B. Nishan Medical Services Company W.L.L.
1. A business feasibility study was concluded for constructing a Cardiac Specialized Hospital for the Arabian Gulf region. The first hospital of this type will be built in the State of Kuwait. The study was submitted to several local banks and investment companies to finance the project. There is an interest in principle for financing or investment by one of the investment companies.

2.
